Our services
Client work is governed by a separate written proposal and agreement for each project. Deliverables, usage rights, fees, travel arrangements and other terms are agreed in writing before work begins. Where a project requires specialist production, trusted third-party professionals may be included by prior agreement. Any additional services are separately scoped and priced.
No guarantees
We commit to delivering the assets and services agreed in each client's written proposal. Marketing outcomes depend on factors beyond our control, including how and where the assets are used, market conditions and the underlying business. We do not guarantee views, engagement, enquiries, bookings or revenue.
Initial enquiries
Information shared in an initial enquiry is used to assess whether Pursuit of Utopia may be a suitable partner. An enquiry does not create a client relationship or guarantee that work will be accepted.
Results shown on this site
Performance figures shown on this website reflect results achieved on accounts we have worked on. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results, and outcomes vary by brand.
Intellectual property
The Pursuit of Utopia name, logo and website content belong to us. Client assets always remain the client's property. Pursuit of Utopia retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates and frameworks. Ownership of materials created during an engagement is determined in the client agreement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
